Current Fall Favorites
FALL OBSESSIONS
Fall brings some of my favorite elements of wardrobe. Delicious sweaters, neutral booties, and ALL.THE.HATS.PLEASE. I wanted to share some of my current obsessions with you. If you see me around just be nice and try to ignore the fact that I will most likely be wearing one or all of these items...
HAT
As many of you well know, I wear hats a lot. When I'm in a dressing room trying things on I will envision outfits. I'm sure it sounds super sane of me when I'm talking to myself like this top with these pants...oh and a hat. I fell in love with this tan one at Brass Anchor in Saugatuck. Favorite aspect? Wide, stiff brim. Uber important when it comes to your hat checklist. I'm all for a floppy hat (especially in the fall for some reason) but love the structure that hats like this provide for your hair/face.
TUNIC
I find this to be an essential part of wardrobe specifically in the fall. Whether it's a flowy-er one like this, a tailored button up, or a cozy tank, it's crucial for layering under coats and sweaters. I found this little gem at The Found Cottage in Hudsonville.

JACKET
I'm a sucker for jackets. Of all kinds. Especially when you live where we live, coats put on a lot of mileage. When I met this one, I was smitten: long, nice weight, generous hood, and great pockets=win. This was another find from Brass Anchor. It's been my go-to for some of the cooler days we have had. Each time I wear it out, I have been stopped by admirers who want to know where they can get it...Michigan folks don't mess around when they spot a good coat ;)

DENIM
These distressed jeans have been on me almost everyday since I got them. They're insanely comfortable which isn't always a given when it comes to jeans, let's be real.
FOOTWEAR
There's a solid 95% chance if we ever see each other in person that I will be wearing these shoes. They compliment EVERYTHING. I know that it might be on the pricer side, but they're so worth it since you will most likely wear them every day (literally).
