The Linen Dress

It’s Mercantile Market szn.

These linen dresses are one of my closet staples during the summer months. My friends over at The Found Cottage keep their store stocked with different styles and colors which helps so that I’m not just wearing the same dress day after day. When it’s 95 degrees and humidity is on full blast, comfort and coolness (temp, not in life) is key.

The dresses are a true bag dress that are fairly shapeless which leaves you with a lot of options. They can be worn free, belted to add some definition, or one of my favorites as a tunic with some good skinny denim. And, since I know this is a key seller for many of you…they have pockets. They’re made by a company called “Not Perfect Linen” which has the most beautiful that the Found Cottage gals have curated into the landscape of their shop.

All this Found Cottage talk to say that for the third time, their Mercantile Market will be taking over the Holland Fairgrounds again this year August 30 and 31. Add the market to your weekend plans. There are hundreds of vendors from all over the country that come with both vintage and handmade goods. + this year, one of my favorite shops on the planet (Wildroast) is going to be there slinging coffee=win.

To make sure that you don’t miss out on all the market goodness, I’m giving away 2 tickets! Check out my recent Instagram post to enter.

Sincerely,
Ashley
