Accidental Taco Find • Taco Bar Holland
New taco place? WE ARE IN.
Imagine you are in Holland working away. You have been laptoping-editing-emailing for hours and you’re ready for a break. You are also hungry. What are a couple gals to do?
This was the real life situation for my friend Abby and I after a productive day of co-working in Holland. There’s much to love about downtown Holland, but one of my favorites is being tucked away in a cozy coffeeshop while the snow flies. We decided to take a break to snap an OOTD photo. What we found was tacos…delicious tacos.
We both liked the appearance of this building and realized it was actually a taco restaurant. Aptly, it was called Taco + Bar. I like a name that gets right to the point. We decided to go back for dinner when they opened to end our day. When we got there and had taken one bite of their guac and one sip of their margs, we immediately texted our husbands to get their booties out there. Delicious. We all dined on tacos, chicarones, and margs. The al pastor, carnitas, and fried cauliflower were the fan favorites.
It was the perfect impromptu dinner out with good pals.
